Abstract
This article offers language teaching ideas and free access to over 7,000 pre-organized Language Education Websites, Apps and Tools that can be of help to both Malaysia and Indonesia as their governments seek to improve their English education curricula and results. It discusses advances and choices in digitally-enhanced or E-reading, hypertext and glossing engines. Then reading and vocabulary learning strategies are examined and digital media and reading devices are discussed. From the realm of digital gaming and recent research the importance of making the most of vivid first encounters for learning is emphasized. Other game-changing insights are offered from Meskill (2011). Many research suggestions are offered to better maximize the use of CALL, and to help raise language learners awareness of various functions most helpful for enhancing foreign language and vocabulary learning.
