Abstract
Information systems play an important role helping companies optimize their business
processes to achieve corporate objectives and increase competitive advantage in the face
of competition. The research was conducted at PT. Barito Prima Consultant, the
company does not yet have information systems that need to be made of information
systems strategic planning in order to optimize business processes in every part of PT.
Barito Prima Consultant. This strategic planning method Vissta Be Planning to produce
a competitive advantage based on the opportunities that are owned by the company.
Analysis tools based on external and internal conditions are five forces, value chain
activity, resulting in a solution of IS / IT and business benefits, then mapping the future
of application development with Mc Farland strategic grid.
