General Conln.tions; Definitions

Section l.O.l.. The parties to this ａｧｲ･･ｭｾｮｴ＠ accept all the provisions of the General Conditions Applical:?).e to

Loun Agreements of the Fund issued by Resolution of the

Board of Directors of the Fu.rid No. 11/14 dated Rajah 29,

1396 A.H., Corresponding . to ·· July 26, 1976 A.O., with the

aamc.force and effect as i f they were fully set forth

here.in (silid General cc::inditicns Applicab"ie to · Loan Agreements

of the Fund being hereinafter ｣ｾｬｬ｣､＠ the General Conditions}.

Section 1.02. ｾＱｨ･ｲ･ｶ･ｲ＠ used in this Agrcoment, unless

the context otherwise requires, the several terms defined in

the General Conditions have the respective meanings therein

set forth and the term "Directorate General of Highways" means

the Directorate General of Highways of the Ministry of' Public <.

AHTICLE II

The Loan

Section 2.01. The ·Fund agrees to lend.to .the

Borrower, on the ｴ ｾ ｮｮｳ＠ ·and conditions in the Loan

ａｧｲ｣･Ｎｾ･ｮｴ＠ set forth or referred to an ｡Ｍｾｯｵｮｴ＠ of One hundred seventy six million five hundred thousand

(176,Soo,oqo> Saudi :<tiyals.

ｓｾ｣ｴｩｯｮ＠ 2.02. The Borrower shall be entitled to withdz;-aw the amount of tl).e Loan from the Loan Account

in accordance with the prpvisions of. Schedule {l) to

this Agteement, as .such :.-:bhedule may be amended from

time to time by agr,eement between the Fund and the

Borrower, ｦｾｲ＠ exp,l\!ndi tures,\' made (or, if the ｆｾｮ､＠ shall

so agree, to be 1nade) in ｲｾｳｰ･｣ｴ＠ of the rea$onable cost

of goods and services required for the Project and to

be financed out of the proc¢eds of the Loan

Section 2.03. The Borrower shall apply the

pro-ceeds of the Loan exclusively to financing the

reason-able cost of the goods required for the carrying out

of the Project. The specific goods to be financed out

Section 2.07. The term of the loan shall be tl·;enty years
