ABSTRACT

This study aimed to determine the effect of : 1). Style Leadership to employee performance, 2). The performance of the work ethic employees, 3). Culture on employee performance, and 4). Infrastructure against the loss of employee empowerment, governance state, family planning and women’s empowerment southern coastal districts. This study population is the entire staff of the empowerment of the community, state government, family planning and women empowerment counties the south coast. This study did not use samples but using the whole members of the study population as a respondent. A total of 57 questionnnaires exsamplar have its way, and in return are used as research instrument in the form of validity and reliability, frequency distribution, mean – mean and TCR. While hypothesis testing using statistical techniques regression analysis linear regression. The results found that : 1). The positive effect of leadership style and significant effect on employee performance. 2) work ethic has positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) work culture has positive and significant impact on employee performance. 4) infrastructure does not have a significant influence employee performance. 5) has the work ethic of the most dominant influence on performance of employees, and then followed by the work culture and leadership style. 6) the contribution of leadership style, work ethics, work culture and infrastructure the performance of employees is 69,1% where the remaining 30,9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in the scope of this study.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh: 1) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) etos kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, 3) budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 4) sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pemerintahan Nagari, Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pemerintahan Nagari, Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sampel tetapi menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi sebagai responden penelitian. Sebanyak 57 eksamplar kuesioner telah disebarkan dan dikembalikan yang digunakan sebagai data penelitian. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan diantaranya adalah uji instrument penelitian berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas, distribusi frekuensi, rata-rata dan TCR. Sedangkam pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik statistik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) sarana dan prasarana tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. 5) etos kerja memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian diikuti oleh budaya kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan. 6) Besarnya kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan, etos kerja, budaya kerja dan sarana prasarana terhadap terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 69,1% dimana sisanya sebesar 30,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk kedalam ruang lingkup penelitian ini.
