4.. (a) In execution of the present Al.-xiangement the

Contracting Parties shall take all ｮ･｣ｾｳｳ ･ｲｹ＠

precautions to preclude any interference with the normal structure of nat ional production and

intf!r-national trade. ' ·

(b) In particular. they shaJ 1 .maY-e sure that t-.he

deliveries made within the fr.'\ntework of the Food

Aid do not replace ·the t.ra® no:c:'lllally to be

expected but are added to it.

(c) The Government of the Republic of Indonesia. shall

take all necessary measures to ｾｶ･ｮｴ＠ the

5. The Government of the Republic of Indone•ia shall take

all necessary measures to ensure that the goods delivered ｷｩｾＮｨｩｮ＠ the framework of the aid

quality in that country.

6.. 'rbe Government of the Republic of Indonesia shall inform

the Government of the Federal Republic o f Gexmany by

7. The two Governments shall inf o:rm t...1le public about this

mutual consent of the Contracting .Parties by means of an exchange of Notes.

(b) Differences of opinion that may arise from the

application and execution of tbe present Arrangement

shall be settled in consultatiof between til$ Contracting Parties.

{c) Should ｾｩ ﾷｴｨ･ｲ＠ ｃｯｮｴｲ｡｣ｾｩｮｧ＠ Party npt fulfil its

obligations under this ｾＮＮｲｲ｡ｮｧ｣ｭ･ｮｴＬ＠ including the

Protocol pursuant to paragraph 3 (b) of t.P..e .

present Arrangement, or fail to ｭｾ･ｴ＠ them in good time, the other Party may

Vorratsstelle und Badan Urusan Logistik geregelt

und bilden einen Bestandteil die ser Vereinbarung.

DurchfU.hrung dieser Vereinborung jede

Republic of Germany receipt of deliveries ｡ｦｴｾｲ＠

termination of discharge.

(b) The Government of the Republic of Indonesia shall

exempt the deliveries made in accordance with

paragraph l from harbour dues , import duties and

other public charges. It s·nall bear all coats ,

t.ne Import and storage of Cereals and Animal Fooder) •

Frankfurt/Main. with implementing the deliveriese

'l'he Government of the Republic: of Indonesia shall

charge the Badan urusan Lo9istik with accepting the deliveries i n the port ot discharge.

(b) The details of the deliveriea shall be settled

simultaneou.<Jly wi.th the present Arrangement in the

ｦｾｭ＠ of a Protocolr directly between the Badan

Urusan l.Ggistik and the Einfuhr- und Vorratsstello

and constitute an integral part of the present

Arranqement.

4 * (a) In execution of the present Ao:i.angemant tl.10 Contracting Parties shall ｴ｡ＮＮｾ｡＠ all necessary

precautions to preclude any interference with the

normal structure of national production and

inter-national trade .

(b) In particular, they shall make sure that. the

deliveries made within the framework of the Food

Aid do not replace the trade normally t o be

expected but are added ｾｯ＠ ｩｴｾ＠

{c) The Government of the Republic of Indon$sia shall take all necessary measures to ｾｶ･ｮｴ＠

_' ｴｨｾ＠ re-exportation of the goods delivered within the

framework of the Food Aid, of ｰｲｯ､ｾ｣ｴｳ＠ of the

thereof,

and also, during a period of six months after the

5. The Govermnent of the Republic of Indoneaia shall take all necessary measures to ensw:e that the goods

delivered within the framework of the aid a) a.re used for human consumption,

6.. Jfhe Government of the Republi c of Indonesia shall inform

goods in the Republic ｾｦ＠ Indonesiar

(b) utilizations time and place of sale, of

diatribution free of chll\rge or of storage, giving

details about tLTUe and amounts distributed or

stored1 detail• about groups of recipients,

ﾣｮ､ｩ･｡ｴｩｾ＠ as appropriate

two Governments shall inform the .public about t.'1.is

8. {a) Thia Arrangement may be modified or ｴ･ＮＮＮｾｭＮｴｴ･､＠ by

mutual consent of the Contt;acting Parties

{b) Differences of opinion that may ariae from the

application and execution of the present Arrangeir.ent:
