The Vacation to Ubud, Bali will be held on 20 September 2011 to 27 September 2011.The 15
people that travel consists of 8 adults and 7 teenagers.
The chosen flight is Air Asia from Bandung. I choose from Bandung instead of from Jakarta
because it won’t waste our time to go to Jakarta and it will be less tiring for the travelers to travel
from Bandung. The flight detail information is on Appendix-01.
The Transportation that is chosen is from Best Bali Car Rental. I chose to use cars because it will
be harder for bus to get through the roads in Ubud. Best Bali Car Rental also offered cheaper
price. The Transportation detail information is on Appendix-02.
The Hotel that is chosen is Alila, because with such facility, the price is reasonable and it will
give the travelers the maximum satisfaction. It is located in hills so the air is very comfortable
and refreshing. The Hotel detail information is on Appendix-03.
The Schedule can be found in Microsoft Excel Document and the places’ details can be found in
Appendix-04.

Untuk saat ini kami hanya memiliki 9 kamar Garden, 1 kamar terrace, 1 kamar Uma Pool Suite dan 1 kamar COMO Suite. Untuk group kecil Ibu, kami sarankan mengambil 7 kamar Garden dengan tambahan 1 extra bed di salah satu kamar Garden tersebut. Namun untuk garden, sebagian besarnya memiliki tempat tidur ukuran besar/king bed [8 kamar saja] dan hanya 2 kamar Garden yang memiliki 2 tempat tidur single [twin bed].
Untuk orang Indonesia atau warga negara asing yang memiliki kartu KITAS/KIMS, harga kamar Garden yang berlaku di periode 20 - 27 Sept 2011 adalah Rp 1,800,000 per kamar per malam, belum termasuk 21% pajak pemerintah dan biaya pelayanan. Harga tersebut termasuk;
- Sarapan pagi untuk 2 orang di Restoran Kemiri kami

The hotel's check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be considered subject to availability. A half-day room charge is applicable for early check-in before 2 p.m. and late check-out until 6 p.m. Rooms occupied beyond 6 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
Airport Transfer
We will be pleased to arrange an airport pick up with a standard transfer service (a car and an English speaking driver) at additional cost of USD 45 per car per way. Our representative will wait for you at the arrival gate after the luggage claim holding a sign with your name on it.
