Date :2011-04-04To : Internal Communication Department Subject: Re: Bali Vacation
In response to the company internal memo regarding the Ubud company vacation; this report is consisted of recommendation of flights accommodation, transportations, and activities for the Ubud trip. I recommend the group to depart on October 18th and return on October 26th. The group is consisted of 5 families that have 3 people in each of them.
For the flight, I recommend the group to depart from Jakarta to Bali and Bali to Bandung for the return flight. I recommend the group to depart from Jakarta to Bali because there is no Air Asia morning flight that departs from Bandung to Bali. For the return flight, I recommend the group to go directly home in Bandung, because, I believe the people will be very tired and they’ll want to get some rest in home. For the details of the flight, please check Appendix 2-5.
I’ve observed accommodation websites that were put on the internal memo, and I recommend Rijasa Agung because its price is the most reasonable. I recommend the group to stay in 5 Deluxe Rooms with extra beds, one family in each of them. The rate includes breakfast. Please check Appendix 6-14 for the accommodation details.
The Transportation that I recommend the group to use is two Kia Travello minibuses that are provided by Golden Bird Bali. Each Kia Travello minibus can carry 10 passengers, so there will be extra space for the passengers. 24hours driver and fuel costs are included. Please check Appendix 15-16 for the transportation details
