ABSTRACT
Target of research with title perspective fourth influence balanced scorecard to Seka Swalayan Sragen performance is to
know how far influence of financial, customer, internal business
process, learning and growth by parsial and simultan have an effect to organizational performance. Responden is research 40 persons.
Result of research with method of regresi linear with computer program of SPSS windows for 12.0 indicating that financial, customer, internal business process have positive influence and significant to organizational performance, while learning and growth have negative influence and significant to organizatbnal performance. Then by simultan and partial the factors have influence of significant to organizational performance and dominant influence is internal business process,
