2010

SIPPO Swiss lmport Promotion Programme is the official Swiss import promotion programme under the

patronage of SECO, the State Secretariat for the Economy of the Swiss govemment.

The program supports private businesses in markets in transition that are endeavouring

to

access the

Swiss market as well as markets in the European Union.

The services

of

the program include business branch-related market information, advisory services for

products and marketing, promotion in Switzerland as well as assistance at selected European trade fairs. SIPPO trade promotion activities in sector subcontracting parts 2010

The companies-candidates have to comply with the following conditions:

-

small and medium sized private enterprises,

-

operating by local capital,

-

active in the sectors of metal

working,

plastic & rubber processing, machine buildang,

elec-tronic and electro-technical components etc.

-

certified or in the procesg of certification

-

having a completed production process and export ready products but missing international

ne!

work, marketing experience and financial resources

for

international marketing activities

-

missing export relationships with business partners in the EU and Switzerland

-

a company management having a positive attitude and readiness to increase their core compe-tences and to grow on the regional and intemational market.

The selected companies are offered three years participation at SIPPO collective stands and other

promotion events.

SIPPO will take care of the following expenses:

Stand hire at Hanover Fair

Building of the exhibition booth, net exhibitor space approx. 6 m2 as a part of a collective stand.

Catalogue entry of your company in the official trade fair catalogue

Infrastructure of the stand and other back-up services, tel./fax, coffee, soff drinks.

Transportation expenses for lhe duration of the

fair

in the Hanover area (public transport, class

ll)

re-lated to the project for a maximum of two persons of the participaling company

.

Accommodation in Hanover for maximal two representatives of the participating company for lhe

pe-riod 17 - 24 April 2010 (7 nighls). Accommodatlon will be in private apartments, 1 apartment with 2

iin-gle rooms per company.

Marketing support before and during the trade fair (consultant, PR, press information, etc.)

The participating companies will take care of the following expenses by themselves:

Return trip to Hanover (to

the

accommodation address and back to country of origin)

.

Transportation and insurance of exhibits

.

Personal insurance and all personal costs in Hanover (like daily meals, parking etc.) Terms and conditions

The representatives of the company must be fluent in German or English.

The company shall undertake actively its trade fair preparation efforts also following some marketing

advices if given by SIPPO.

Representatives of the company will be present at the SIPPO collective stand for the entire length of the Fair.

The participating company guarantees that the international law of copy

rights
