This book is wonderful. If you are enrolled in a TESOL program and or want to understand testing, this book is worth your while. Get it sooner rather than later. If you are like me and thought Cronbach's Alpha was a posinous snake, it could come in handy. In fact, even if you were a statistics major, this book takes the mystery out of testing!
