The Board of Commissioners may hold meeting if deemed necessary by one or more Commissioners, or upon written request of one or more shareholders who together own 1/10 or more of total shares with voting rights, by mentioning the matters to be discussed. The aim of joint meetings is to discuss various agendas regarding work plans, operations, business opportunities, as well as strategic issues
