Try going to Start Menu -> Control Panel -> search for "mouse" in the top-right search box -> then click on "Change how the mouse pointer looks". From there, you can select a mouse "scheme" in the scheme combobox. This will change your cursors.
More interesting though is that Windows 7 supports "themes", which are packages containing not only mouse cursors but also wallpapers, screen savers, sounds and Windows colors (e.g., border colors). You can download themes online fromhttp://windows.microsoft.com/en-
us/windows/downloads/personalize/themes.
PS: ensure that you have the following option checked in the same mouse dialog above: "Allow themes to change mouse pointers"
How to install custom mouse cursors in Windows 10.
If you want to change the way your mouse cursors look, you have two options. The easy one is to install a mouse cursor scheme that changes all the pointers from Windows 10. The other one is to set a specific pointer for each mouse cursor manually. If you want to know how to install mouse cursors in Windows 10, read this guide. It is easier than you might think:

How to install custom mouse cursors in Windows 10.
First of all, get your hands on the custom cursors that you want to use on your Windows 10 PC or device. That usually means downloading a custom mouse cursor scheme from somewhere on the internet. Use a web browser to download and save your favorite mouse cursor scheme somewhere on your PC, like on your desktop or Downloads folder. Note that mouse cursor schemes usually come packed inside an archive, so that they are easier and faster to download.
Once you have downloaded the mouse cursor scheme file on your Windows 10 PC, you have to extract its contents. Right-click on it and, in the contextual menu, click on the option that says Extract or Unpack .

What if there's no INF file in the custom mouse cursors folder?
If the mouse cursor scheme you have downloaded does not have an installation INF file inside, then you have to install the mouse pointers manually. Hello RainedCow, I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor. The only option for normal display will be to switch on cursor trails in mouse settings but I would not consider the visual as motion blur effects.

I am working on redesigning the entire website, and changing the website CMS software to Wordpress. This is a huge undertaking, and I am not able to automatically transfer my database to wordpress. According to my database, I have over 12k cursors. I believe, this will take me over 6 months to complete including redesigning the website.
Yay, my website can finally leave the year 2008 (the last major redesign). I already started on it, and have already ran into major problems. I have a lot of new features that I want to do too, including making this site mobile friendly. Stay tune for that! And thank you for your continuous support throughout the years.
January 2021 Favorite Cursor.
This month's favorite cursors is the "Unborn 8.0 White Set". This beautiful, yet minimalistic set was created by GentlemanGezzy. Gezzy, has some other beautiful set on his DA page. The complete unborn set actually has over 12 colors! So check them out.
Updated site protocol to HTTPS.
The entire website is in the process of upgrading to HTTPS protocol. I pretty much got everything fixed, but there is still some problems here there.
I'll be spending this month, updating the website, TOS, and privacy policy as well. I removed, the facebook page, on our sidebar today as well. I been trying for years to get access to the facebook page, and finally just gave up. FB has been no help in getting access to that page with 50k likes. Thanks all.
December 2020 Favorite Cursor Month.
14 Among Us Cursors.
This is my first actual update in many years! And it's for the break out game of 2020, Among Us. This was a wild and crazy year, and it's finally coming to an end! The icons for these cursors were created by "BongosBroly". Check out his DA page for a variety of other goodies. A total of 14 of them were created. One is animated, that I did of the other icons rotating.

Tumblr Code updated to HTTPS.
I logged into tumblr today for the first time in two years, and noticed none of our cursors or images were working. After some digging, I noticed that tumblr is forcing all static images and files to redirect to https web address.
So I installed LetsEncrypt. However it's superslow compared to a normal http protocol. I am trying to figure out how to improve the speed. The website serves millions of files a day, I think it will be bad for the server (Just change DNS, so don't know the full impact yet). Leave a comment if you know how to speed up LetsEncrypt over NGINX web server.
Also all cursor codes have been updated to include https. Also this site does not have HTTPS yet. There were problems when I tried to implement this years ago. The file servers will be SSL for now, but the main site will not.
Migrated Servers.
Website Problems.
Something happen to our server on January 13ths and caused the server to pretty much drop dead. Everything from our files and website itself couldn't be reach. Took 6 days, and help from Steven over at Rack911.com to finally restore most of our functionality.
I am still working out a lot of bugs. Please bare with the random disconnects and server issues for a bit. Thank you all.
Hell Yeah Cursor Set.
Check out this cool cursor set called "Hell yeah" by Agent Cakes. BTW I am loving that name lol. All but one cursor in this set is animated. It's a very futuristic cursor set, that would go with a similar theme. Or if you just like sharp looking mouse pointers, this one is for. This set comes with .inf file which makes it easier to install. I am not sure if it works on windows 10 though.
One other thing, the images seem blurry, but the cursors are actually very smooth. It's because of the gif format that they are blurry. I haven't switch to animated PNG's because of the fact that not every browser supports them yet.
