Preface
It has een oth a great moti ation and satisfaction to coordinate and host the
thIEEE
International Conference on Ad anced Logistics and Transport ICALT’2 7 ‐ held in Bali,
Indonesia in conjunction with the th Quality in Research QIR 2 7 . This USB Flash Dri e is
the fulfillment of one of the responsi ilities of the organization of ICALT 2 7, as it pro ides
participants with the proceedings of the conference. It also contains the titles and a stracts
of the plenary and in ited lectures. Aside from this Preface, the structure of the contents is
reflected y the menu. The papers are included in pdf format and can e accessed from the
Paper Inde or from the Author Inde .
We are pleased to announce that we ha e recei ed 9 su missions. Only papers 4 %
were accepted for oral presentations. Accepted papers are characterized y a high scientific
uality. Each paper was re iewed y at least two mem ers of the program committee, which
consisted of a out 7 scientists from 2 countries. Contri utions were from 22 different
countries: Qatar, Indonesia, India, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Belgium, Sri Lanka, Taiwan,
Tunisia, France, Morocco, United Ara Emirates, United Kingdom. Our warmest thanks are to
all the many people that ha e contri uted to make this conference.
In particular, we want to thank the colla oration from the different committees and the effort
of all the authors. On the institutional side, it is a pleasant duty to thank the LAMIH and REGIM
La oratories for their organizing effort; the IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society for
the honor to e our technical co‐sponsor, which has turned out to e a most engaging
opportunity; the IEEE Tunisian and Indonesian sections, the Uni ersity of Indonesia, the
