About the topic/technology
The boom in new home construction and existing home sales has contributed to the continuing trend of millions of homeowners designing their kitchens and baths to match their aesthetic preference as well as practical enjoyment of these rooms.
Because of the special requirements for kitchens and bathrooms, a successful design must incorporate ergonomics, codes and safety considerations, proper lighting and ventilation, and a host of other design issues.
The selection and estimation for finishes such as flooring, cabinetry, countertops, wall surfaces, and ceiling surfaces is another necessary component for good kitchen and bath design, and explained by Brito.
