THE EXPERT TEAM FOR THE COUNCIL FOR ECONOMIC AND MONETARY RESILIENCE
(Presidential Decree No. 18/1998, dated January 21, 1998) THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA Considering :
a. that pursuant to Article 7 of Presidential Decree No. 17/1998 on the Council for Economic and Monetary Resilience, matters not yet sufficiently regulated in the said decree are to be stipulated in a separate presidential decree;
b. that in order to support the smooth execution of the tasks of the Council for Economic and Monetary Resilience, it is deemed necessary to set up an Expert Team for the Council for Economic and Monetary Resilience.
In view of:
1 - Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Constitution of 1945.
2. Presidential Decree No. 17/1998 on the Council for Economic and Monetary Resdience.
DECIDES: To stipulate:
THE PRESIDENTIAL DECREE CONCERNING THE EXPERT TEAM FOR THE COUNCIL FOR ECONOMIC AND MONETARY RESILIENCE
Article 1
To establish the Expert Team which shall assist the Council for Economic and Monetary Resilience.
Article 2
1. Dr. Djunaedi Hadisumarto, Assistant Ill to the Coordinator Minister for Economy. Finance and Development Supervision.
2. lr. Drs. Aidil Yuzar, Secretary General, Ministry of Industry and Trade. 3. Dr. lr. Bambang Subianto, Director General of Institutes of Finance,
Ministry of Finance.
4. Dr. Boediono, Executive Director of Bank Indonesia. Article 3
This presidential decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation. Stipulated in Jakarta
