the delegatesbrainstormed new
ideasforFFA
policiesand programs. They submitted
theirrecommendations
to the entiredelegatebody
fordelibera- tionbeforesending them on
tothe NationalFFA Board
ofDirectorsfor consideration. Inaddition,delegatesvoted on important changes
tothe national constitutionand

dations.

report.The committee suggested
theFFA

theWashington Leadership Conference on

West Coast

costsavings forthoseFFA members. The recom- mendation was withdrawn
following objectionstomoving
theconferencefrom
itstraditional location.More debate

thecommittee's recommendation

For Excellence conferencesforgreenhands and

recommendation was
