International Journal of Management Issues and Research (IJMIR) journal is a double blind peer reviewed journal committed to academic research in all aspects of business. IJMIR is published bi-annually on the premise that there is a growing need to better manage and spread pedagogic ideas and research results in the academic and professional fraternity. The journal is maneuvered by internationally focused editorial board. It provides a platform to research scholars, academicians, and eminent researchers from industries to share their novel ideas, concepts, research findings, industry analysis, and case studies in the fields of various business functional areas such as finance management, human resource management, international business, marketing management, organizational behavior, operations &

information technology management, and services management. It publishes original research articles from the above-mentioned domains which has a national and international orientation.

IJMIR journal invites good quality case studies, conceptual and empirical research papers in business, commerce, economics and management disciplines for the forthcoming issue. The paper submissions to IJMIR should be forwarded directly to [email protected] with the statement “IJMIR- Article for Publication” on the subject line. All papers submitted to the IJMIR should be written in MSWord and they will be subject to a blind peer review process.

Submitted articles should not have been previously published or be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. Conference papers may only be submitted if the paper has been completely re-written and the author has cleared any necessary permissions with the copyright owner if it has been previously copyrighted. All our articles go through a double-blind review process. There is no article processing and publication charges for the publication of article in our journal. The abstract / full paper of the article will also be available in our university web portal.

78 Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation for IJMIR

The authors are required to submit their manuscript in APA format. For details please visit www.apastyle.org. Kindly ensure four key segments of your manuscript: title page, abstract, main body of manuscript and a list of references according to APA style.

Title Page

The title page should have a running head, title of the paper, Author’s name and affiliation.

Abstract

A short summary of the work for providing a snapshot of the work done. The acceptable word range is 100-150 words. APA format to be followed while writing the abstract. Kindly mention 3-5 key words below the abstract.

Main Body of Paper

The precise format of this section can differ subject to the kind of paper one is writing. For example, if one is writing a research paper, the main body will comprise an introduction, review of literature, research design, research results and a discussion on the same. APA style based on the type of work (Research article, case study, book review etc.) done to be followed. All text in manuscripts should be in 12-point Times New Roman font, double- spaced, justified-alignment only.

Maximum word limit is 3000 including the references, tables, appendices. Text, Illustrations and Figures should have source compulsorily.

Reference Section

The reference section must consist of all references used to write research paper.

Kindly ensure that APA format is strictly followed.
