CHAPTER IV RESEARCH RESULT AND DISCUSSION
1. Description of Research Location
a. The History of SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung
SMAN 1 Punggur began to accept new students based on the head of Education Department and the head of tourism, art and culture departments’ decision of Central Lampung Regency, number:
420/003/05/D.8/2003 in March 17th 2003. Thus, the learning teaching activity of SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung was begun in academic year 2003/2004.
In first of existence, the management and development of SMAN 1 Punggur was implemented by the Head of SMAN 1 Kotagajah (Drs.Syatbi Tahmid, M.M). Therefore, the Head of SMAN 1 Kotagajah assigned the Vice Head of SMAN 1 Kotagajah (Drs. Sontang Simanjuntak) to manage SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung.
b. Vision and Mission of SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung a. Vision of School
“God-fearing, educated, and virtuous.”
Indicator of Vision :
a) Being excellent in belief and God-fearing.
b) Being excellent in knowledge and technology mastery.
c) Being excellent in achieving the National final exam grades.
d) Being able to compete in the selection of new student in college.
e) Being active in teen science work activity f) Being perceptive.
g) Being excellent in sports performance.

a) Molding the students who have fearing against God.
b) Creating learning activities that are innovative, creative and fun.
c) Molding students who have knowledge and skills.
d) Preparing for the students to continue to the next education.
e) Developing attitude and personality which have the well- mannered, good ethics and high aesthetics.

d. The Quantity of the Students of SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung There are 863 students of SMAN 1 Punggur Central Lampung. Each graders consist of 9 classes. The tenth grades consist of nine classes with 284 students, the eleventh grades consist of nine classes with 289 students, and the twelveth grades consist of the nineth classes with 290 students. The Quantities of the students at SMAN 1 Punggur that could be identified as follows:
