Malaysian citizen, 49 years old. He was appointed the President Commissioner of CIMB Niaga at the Extraordinary GMS on 26 January 2012 and the appointment became effective on 1 May 2012. He was reappointed to the position on 28 March 2013. In addition, he has been the Chairman of CIMB Group since 1 September 2014 after 15 years as the Chief Executive.
He is a Director of Khazanah Nasional Berhad and a member of the Investment Panel of the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and the International Advisory Board of the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. He is also the Chairman of the EPF’s Investment Panel risk Committee. In 2015, he was honoured with the prestigious ‘Asian Business Leaders Award’ by Asia House.
He graduated from the University of Bristol with a B.Sc.
(Hons) and obtained an M.Phil. from the University of Cambridge.
Indonesian citizen, 60 years old. He was appointed as the Deputy President Commissioner of CIMB Niaga at the Extraordinary GMS on 26 January 2012, effective 18 June 2012, and was re-appointed on 28 March 2013.
He is also a member of CIMB Niaga’s risk Monitoring Committee and previously had been a Commissioner of CIMB Niaga since April 2010.
Currently, since January 2010, he is also a Non- Executive Independent Director of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, Malaysia and an Independent Commissioner of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk since 2012.
He previously held several key positions included President Commissioner of PT Polyprima Karyareksa (June 2004 - 2010), President Director/ CEO of PT London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk (June 2003 - May 2007), President Director of PT (Persero) Danareksa (1995 - 2001), Director of PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (1994 - 1995), and Finance Director of PT Bank Niaga Tbk (1991 - 1994).

Concurrently, he is the Chairman of Audit Committee and member of Integrated Governance Committee. Previously, he was CIMB Niaga vice President Commissioner (Independent) and Head of the risk Monitoring Committee of CIMB Niaga.
He began his career at Citibank N.A., Jakarta from 1971-1983. His last position was vice vice President and Chief of Staff in Financial Control and Human resources. He joined Bank Perniagaan Indonesia in 1983 as a Director, occupied the position of President Director of PT Bank Umum Asia in 1988, and as Deputy President Director of PT Bank Lippo Tbk in 1989, which was a result of the merger of PT Bank Umum Asia into PT Bank Perniagaan Indonesia. From 1998 until 2008, he was a member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Bank Lippo Tbk. From July 2013-June 2015, he was Independent Commissioner of PT Jababeka Tbk.
He studied civil engineering at University of Indonesia, and is currently active in social organizations, community and sports services, and is a member of the Advisory Council of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

She serves as Director/Senior Advisor of PT Mitra Bhadra Consulting. Previously, she was the President Director (CEO) of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, member of the National Ombudsman Commission (1999 - 2000), member of the Partnership for Governance reform (2000 - 2002), Independent Commissioner of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (1999 – 2010), Independent Commissioner of PT Dynaplast Tbk (1999 - 2007), Independent Commissioner of PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (1999 - 2007), and member of the Audit Committee of PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk (2007 - 2014).

He began his career at UBS Warburg as Equity research Analyst through the UBS’s Global Graduate Training Programme. He is also a member of the Corporate Planning Team at the Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Berhad (Danaharta), Malaysia’s Debt resolution Agency established during the Asian financial crisis of 1997.
He was the first Managing Director/Chief Executive at Danajamin Nasional Berhad and prior to that he was Chief Corporate Strategist at Affin Bank Berhad.
He joined Investment Banking Team at the CIMB Group prior to his appointment in the Corporate Debt restructuring Committee (CDrC). He also serves as Director at the Symphony House Berhad and Executive Director at the Bolton Berhad.
He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University, USA.

Prior to joining CIMB Niaga, he spent 20 years in Citi, starting as a Management Associate in 1995.
His last position was the Chief Country Officer of Citi Indonesia, a role he assumed from 2011. He was the first Indonesian to be appointed to the post. Previously, he held several key positions in Citi Indonesia, including Country Head for Institutional Clients Group, Head of Corporate & Investment Banking, and Country risk Manager. In addition, he had also served as vice President in Institutional remedial Management Group in Citi Head Office in New York from 2000 to 2003.
He graduated from the University of virginia, Charlottesville, United States, with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He is also an alumnus of the IMD BPSE program (Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
He was awarded as ASEAN rising Star from the US – ASEAN Business Council in 2010 and Asian Promising Young Banker from The Asian Banker in 2011.

She began her banking career in 1989 as the legal officer of the Bank Central Asia, followed by a career at PT Bank Niaga Tbk (formerly Bank Niaga) through Executive Training Program and occupied various positions, including Platform Service Officer (1990), Corporate Banking Legal Division Head (1990 - 1995), General Counsel (1995 -1998), Corporate Legal Group Head (2001 - 2007), Corporate Secretary (2007 -2008), and Director up to present time.
