Manajemen berkeyakinan bahwa liabilitas imbalan kerja karyawan telah cukup sesuai dengan yang disyaratkan oleh Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan No. 13/2003.

Durasi rata-rata tertimbang dari liabilitas program pensiun imbalan pasti masing-masing pada 31 Desember 2018 dan 2017 adalah antara 12,95 tahun dan 15 tahun.

Berdasarkan akta Notaris No. 91 tanggal 15 November 2017 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Ina Megahwati S.H., mengenai penambahan modal ditempatkan dan disetor penuh atas nama PT Huddleston Indonesia sebesar 1.859.288.804 saham. Akta ini telah memperoleh

persetujuan dari Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No. AHU-AH.01.03-0192202 tanggal 18 November 2017.

Based on Notarial deed No. 91 dated 15 November 2017, Notary of Ina Megahwati S.H., regarding additional number of shares capital issued and fully paid amounted to 1,859,288,804 shares. The Deed was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decision Letter No. AHU-AH.01.03-0192202 dated 18 November 2017.
