PENJELASAN TEKNIS TECHNICAL NOTES
1. Pendidikan Dasar berbentuk Sekolah Dasar (SD) dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) atau bentuk lain yang sederajat serta Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), atau bentuk lain yang sederajat.
2. Pendidikan Menengah berbentuk Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), Madrasah Aliyah (MA), Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), dan Madrasah Aliyah Kejuruan (MAK), atau bentuk lain yang sederajat.
3. Pendidikan Tinggi merupakan jenjang pendidikan setelah pendidikan menengah yang mencakup program pendidikan diploma, sarjana magister, spesialis, dan doktor yang diselenggarakan oleh perguruan tinggi. Perguruan tinggi dapat berbentuk akademi, politeknik, sekolah tinggi, institut, atau universitas.
4. Rumah Sakit adalah tempat pemeriksaan dan perawatan kesehatan, biasanya berada di bawah pengawasan dokter/
tenaga medis, yang melayani penderita yang sakit untuk berobat rawat jalan atau rawat inap.

6. Poliklinik adalah sarana kesehatan yang dipakai untuk pelayanan berobat jalan, biasanya beradadi bawah pengawasan dokter/
tenaga medis.
7. Puskesmas (Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat) adalah unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan Kecamatan yang mempunyai fungsi utama sebagai penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Wilayah kerja puskesmas maksimal adalah satu kecamatan dan untuk dapat menjangkau wilayah kerjanya, puskesmas mempunyai jaringan pelayanan yang meliputi unit Puskesmas Pembantu (Pustu), unit Puskesmas Keliling (Puskel), dan unit bidan desa/komunitas (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 75 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat).
8. Rumah Bersalin adalah sarana pelayanan kesehatan dengan izin sebagai rumah bersalin, dilengkapi pelayanan pemeriksaan kehamilan, persalinan serta pemeriksaan ibu
dan anak yang berada di bawah pengawasan bidan senior.

9. Apotek adalah suatu tempat tertentu yang digunakan untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan penyaluran/
penjualan obat atau bahan farmasi dan perbekalan kesehatan lainnya kepada masyarakat yang dikelola oleh tenaga apoteker (Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 1332 Tahun 2002 Tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI No. 922/MENKES/PER/X/1993 Tentang Ketentuan dan Tata Cara Pemberian Izin Apotek).
10. Keluhan kesehatan adalah keadaan seseorang yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan atau kejiwaan, baik karena penyakit akut, penyakit kronis kecelakaan, kriminal, atau hal lain.
11. Bencana Alam adalah peristiwa atau serangkaian peristiwa yang mengancam dan mengganggu k e h i d u p a n / p e n g h i d u p a n masyarakat yang disebabkan oleh faktor alam antara lain berupa gempa bumi, tsunami, gunung meletus, banjir, kekeringan, angin topan, dan tanah longsor sehingga mengakibatkan kerugian materi maupun non–
materi.

10. Health complaint is a condition where a person has health or mental problems because of acute illness, chronically illness, accident, crimes, or others.
11. Natural Disaster is an event or series of events that threaten and disrupt the lives and livelihoods caused by natural factors such as: earthquake, tsunami, volcanic eruption, flood, flash flood, drought, typhoon/
cyclone, and landslide so it can lead to result in loss of material and non– material.

ULASAN DESCRIPTION
Dari 14 desa yang ada di Kecamatan Malingping, seluruhnya telah memiliki fasilitas sekolah dasar. Jumlah sekolah dasar baik negeri maupun swasta yang ada di Kecamatan Malingping pada tahun 2023 berjumlah 34 sekolah.
Sementara itu untuk Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) ada 13 (Tiga belas) sekolah. Sedangkan untuk Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masing–masing berjumlah 3 (tiga) sekolah dan 5 (lima) sekolah.
Sarana Kesehatan yang ada di Kecamatan Malingping meliputi Rumah sakit, Puskesmas Rawat Inap, Poliklinik/Balai pengobatan, dan Apotek. Dari 14 desa, ada 1 (satu) desa yg memilki rumah sakit, 7 (tujuh) desa yang ada poliklinik/Balai pengobatan.
Sementara untuk Apotek ada tersedia di 7 (tujuh) desa. Untuk Puskesmas Rawat Inap di Kecamatan Malingping tersedia 2 (dua) Puskesmas.

Meanwhile, for Junior High Schools (SMP) there are 13 (thirteen) schools.

Health facilities in Malingping District include Hospitals, Inpatient Health Centers, Polyclinics/Treatment Centers, and Pharmacies. Of the 14 villages, there is 1 (one) village that has a hospital, 7 (seven) villages that have polyclinics/treatment centers.
Meanwhile, Pharmacies are available in 7 (seven) villages. For Inpatient Health Centers in Malingping District, there are 2 (two) Health Centers.
