9) It was reported that Harry S. Hirmnel, Charles A. Swain, and John F. McMahon are to retire from the Board of Trustees of the Kiwanis International Fomdation, according to Bylaw provisions, on July 31, 1979. It was also announced that, according to Bylaw provisions, Ralph C. Keyes, Marshall W. Mccann and Charles M.
Roberts were selected by the Board of Trustees of Kiwanis International to serve on the Board of Tn1stees of the Kiwanis International Foundation.
The Board of Trustees of the Kiwanis International Foundation therefore elected those selected to serve as members of the Foundation Board for a two-year tenn.
Roy W. Davis was also elected to serve his second two-year tenn as a member of the Foundation Board.
The Board elected the following individuals to serve as officers of the Kiwanis International Fomdation for 1979-80: Roy W. Davis, President; A. Frederick Rosen, Vice-President; and Carl A. Heldt, Secretary-Treasurer.
10) Finally, the Board presented Charles A. Swain and John F. Mciviahon with special resolutions honoring their many years of service to the Kiwanis Interna. onal Foundation. Charles A. "Nick" Swain was also presented with a plaque corrrrnemora-
ting his sixteen years of service to the Kiwanis International Fomdation as Trustee, Secretary and Vice-President. The Board also paid special tribute to Harry S.
Himmel as he completed ten years of service as the President of the Kiwanis Inter- national FolUldation.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 P.M.
