KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN

5.2 SARAN

Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian dan keterbatasan penelitian, maka peneliti memberikan beberapa saran, antara lain :

1. Bagi manajemen perusahaan agar lebih meningkatkan Good Corporate Governance. Good Corporate Governance bisa menjadi alat komunikasi dengan stakeholders dan alat pertimbangan dalam melakukan investasi.

2. Bagi investor dan calon investor perusahaan, agar lebih seksama dan lebih memperhatikan aspek Good corporate governance.

3. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan lebih memperhatikan penambahan variabel lain yang bisa mempengaruhi harga saham dalam penerapan Good corporate governance. Dan populasi penelitian lebih di fokuskan kepada dewan komisaris, dewan direksi dan pihak yang berpengaruh pada penerapan Good corporate governance.
