5.3 Saran
Meningkatnya nilai manfaat bagi pengguna aplikasi wokee mobile banking perlu juga kiranya pihak Bank KB Bukopin terus berupaya untuk terus meningkatkan keamanan dan kenyaman produk wokee mobile banking, hal ini diperlukan karena perkembangan teknologi yang terus meningkat. Seiring perkembangan dalam dunia perbankan, terutama dari sisi transaksi perbankan secara elektronik (e-banking) maka diperlukan :
1. Penyempurnaan fitur dan penambahan fitur-fitur baru layanan banking seperti fitur top up e-tol, promo dan kecepatan aplikasi yang dapat mendukung proses transaksi elektronik,
2. Selalu menyempurnakan tampilan wokee mobile banking yang disertai penambahan informasi mengenai fitur yang ada serta tata cara penggunaan, sehingga faktor kemudahan juga akan mengefiseinsikan waktu selama mengakses layanan tersebut
3. Melakukan sosialisasi kepada nasabah sehingga seluruh nasabah terinformasikan serta dapat diberikan promo atau hadiah bagi yang menggunakan mobile banking sehingga dapat menarik minat nasabah dalam bertransaksi dengan menggunakan wokee mobile banking.
4. Kemudahan dalam bertransaksi juga perlu terus dikembangkan sehingga tidak hanya nasabah millennials yang tertarik untuk menggunakan wokee mobile banking, tetapi seluruh nasabah dapat bertransaksi dengan menggunakan wokee mobile banking.
5. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya masih dimungkinkan adanya penambahan variable-variabel bebas yang lain untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat nasabah seluruh generasi dalam menggunakan mobile banking. Salah satunya dapat diteliti apakah citra suatu perbankan memberikan pengaruh secara langsung terhadap keinginan menggunakan mobile banking.
