B. SUGGESTION

On the whole, the online classroom during pandemic ishave to admitted taht online learning from home is not a common educational concept especially in Indonesia, so certainly ut raises various perceptions. This policy seems to be carried out with limited preparation even without preparation, so there are still many challanges in its implementation. However, teachers should be anticipated and solved immediately by teachers as a practioner in educational fields.

Based on explanation above, there are several recommendations fro some parties.

The first for the institution. Training for teachers on the use of ICT in learning should be improved. Not only providing training at the beginning, but it must be continuous so that teacher knowledge about ICT for learning continues to grow and increase. In addition, this training must be followed by a strong policy from the school that emphasizes rules that will bind all stakeholders and ensure that all programs run well. The policy is also complemented by awards for teachers and students who demonstrate excellence in the online teaching and learning process. This situation can help in increasing the motivation of teachers and students so that they improve their competence in managing online classes.

In addition, it is necessary for schools to schedule home visits when online learning is carried out for a long time. This is an effort to control students while studying at home.

The second point is for the teacher. Teachers play an important role in managing classes, especially online classes during the pandemic. Teachers must continue to hone and improve their knowledge and skills to keep up with the times. This is useful so that they can promote teaching that can increase students' motivation to learn. Especially at this time, students are required to have their own motivation in order to study well at home. It is not enough to present classes in cyberspace, teachers must also try to provide interesting activities, both using platforms to convey material such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Microsoft Team or assessments such as Kahoot, Wordwall Quiz and so on. The use of the platform aims to involve students to take an active role in online classes.

The third is that students must be introduced to school policies at the beginning of the school year. This policy must be complete and updated in accordance with the evaluation of each school year. So that they can know and understand what their rights and responsibilities are. In addition, students should also be encouraged to take part in development activities outside of the subject so that they can reduce boredom in learning.

Last but not least, the number of schools on this study focused a school only which consists of school of 3 teachers. This is because in a sub-district there is only a public school that has adequate facilities. For further researchers, it can involve a larger sample size so as to achieve a widespread finding (Zamboni, 2017).

C. IMPLICATION

There are several implications that must be given to the use of Google Classroom in English lessons during the pandemic based on the results of this research study. First, online English lessons during the pandemic can take advantage of Google Classroom.

This is where students will learn to do independent learning during their learning process.

Second, the use of Google Classroom is also standardized because Google Classroom is an easy-to-understand platform for both teachers and students. Plus, the features in the Google Classroom represent the learning process in the classroom. Therefore, English teachers to be aided through the use of Google Classroom as this aids to improve their teaching method and ICT knowledge in order it in line with the 21th century education
