1. Since students who successfully spoke in this semester used strategies, it is recommended that students increase awareness to apply language learning strategies, especially cognitive strategies, in the right way to improve their speaking English skills.
2. It is recommended that other researchers conduct the same research with larger respondents by modifying certain strategies as needed to cover the strategies that students may use but not only the language learning strategies proposed by Oxford but other experts can be used.
3. It is recommended that other researchers collect data using other techniques in speaking language learning strategies such as diaries or thinking aloud which will be useful ways to gain more insight into the use of strategies.
4. In this study, researchers only focus on cognitive speaking learning strategies. It is suggested to future researchers to research different skills and other strategies.

Respondent : In my opinion, we have to learn English because by learning English we can communicate with people from abroad and if we learn English we will be able to get a better job like a lecturer or teacher in school. It can give us a lot of provide and one thing that is important to learn English we will get (……) scholarship so from now we have to learn English.

Respondent : When learning English especially speaking,what I do (…..) the text given by the lecturer, after that I practice speaking skill and also I record my self and see how my speak.

English is a global language that we use to communicate with other people in different countries, has Eglish ability also increase our chance to get a job because right now the important standard is all people trying or looking for job is they have to understand English or can communicate with English.

Respondent : Especially Speaking, I’m trying to do some Imitation Teknik or repetating Teknik and I usually do the strategies Teknik when I watch some video on youtube or Instagram and I always imitate what a native speaker said and always practice, because practice makes perfect and I always practice and practice to prepared my pronounciation or my speaking ability in English.

Respondent : After search in google about the the definition of cognitive strategies I conclude that the cognitive strategies is the ways or the method English learner used to solve the problem of learner when learn something.
Interviewer : What do you do to understand the material?
Respondent : I often to understand some materials I usually trying to make ilustration about the material in more simple words that I can understand and from the illustration I can imagine what exactly the material about.
Interviewer : What kind of cognitive strategies do you use more of time?
Respondent : I usually using repetation teknik in cognitive strategies I’ve told about the (…….) I usually repeat or imitate the native speaker about what exactly they said and I imitate them. I repeat,repeat and repeat then my mouth familiar with the sound.
