Based on the research findings, the researcher gave some suggestion as the following:

1. Teacher as a test constructor should be able to construct a proportional test with a purpose to know the student’s strength and weakness. The good construction test can give positive effect for educational goals.

2. In constructing a test, the teacher should consider the level of Bloom’s taxonomy. It can help the student to develop higher level thinking skill.

Higher level questioning is one of the best ways to strengthen the brain. So, the teacher should make a test in different level. It would be better if there is no dominated level in a test.

I had the great honor of being able ti call Kevyn Aucoin, my friend. He was not only a magnificient artist, but more important, a magnificient human being. My older sister, Liza Minneli, introduced us in 1991. We instantly hit it off.
