FFA members across this country demonstrated to the world and especially to the FFA members affected by the hurricanes in the gulf region that they care about agricultural education, FFA and their fellow members. The “Seeds of Hope” campaign has raised over

$500,000 to rebuild agricultural education and FFA in the affected area. I want to congratulate and applaud FFA members for their leadership in making this project very successful.

The “Seeds of Hope” campaign capped off another record year for the National FFA Foundation. Your generosity was unbelievable and words cannot express the genuine appreciation your National FFA Sponsors Board wishes to share with you. Because of your support we were able to raise $11,603,853 for the FFA. Your corporate and individual support as well as your passion for agricultural education and FFA are all recognized and appreciated by the entire organization. It is very rewarding to see new sponsors fall in love with FFA and even more amazing to see the longevity and loyalty of both individual and corporate sponsors over the years.

I would like to personally thank each member of the 2005 Sponsors Board and our devoted Foundation Staff.

The opportunity to work with an organization that approaches their job with passion, professionalism and integrity has truly been an honor and a privilege. The leadership of individuals like Dr. Larry Case, Doug Loudenslager, Kent Schescke and Dennis Sargent is fundamental to the continued success of the entire organization. To the professional Ag Educators, community volunteers, and parents that devote many hours to train, mentor and encourage our young people, I offer my sincere appreciation and thanks for your efforts.

American agricultural needs the basic educational and leadership skills that FFA provides for more than 490,000 members across the country.
