To receive a PLUS loan, the student's Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be filed annually. All students are assessed regardless of the student's enrollment status or the number of semesters attended during the academic year.

The Office for Higher Education and University Evaluation does not interfere in matters concerning individual grades or exam results, as these are within the faculty's jurisdiction. Appellants should be aware that the Office of College and University Evaluation does not conduct a judicial investigation and has no legal authority to require a college or university to comply with a complainant's request.

Graduate Programs
Credits, Grades and Grade Point Average (GPA)
If there is no decision, the student must arrange a meeting with the dean, or the dean's designee, at the school or schools offering the course. If there is still no decision, the student can appeal the faculty member's decision to the ombudsman.
Classification of Students
While the original grade is no longer used in the GPA, it remains part of the record and appears on the student's transcript. Transfer credit evaluations from other accredited institutions will be conducted by the Dean or appointed representative of the college or school in which the student is enrolled or intends to enroll.
Graduation Requirements
Nothing in this policy shall be construed to limit the Registrar's ability to change Incomplete (I) grades to Unsatisfactory (F) grades in accordance with the “Incomplete” grade policy. The appeals committee shall meet as soon as possible after the members of the committee have been selected.

The creation of a document by more than one student that is then submitted to the teacher as the original creation of only one student, without the teacher's express permission. If the teacher remains convinced that a violation has occurred, a written statement of the violation will be sent to the student on paper and by email.
Accreditation
Any student who is dismissed from the Postgraduate School may request that the matter be reconsidered by the Postgraduate Council; such requests must be made within 14 days of the notice of dismissal. In addition, graduates of the doctoral program in School Psychology are eligible for licensure as a psychologist in New York State.

Designed for graduate students to work with faculty outside the School of Art and Design. This course is an in-depth study of the major stylistic forms, directions and iconography in Italian Renaissance art and architecture (14th to 16th centuries). This course examines the concept of the "primitive" in Western art from the Enlightenment to the present.
This course emphasizes the audit decision-making process and the interrelationships among the many audit decisions involved in audit planning, audit testing, and forming the auditor's opinion. The course also focuses on corporate taxation, sole proprietorships and flow through entities, as well as personal taxation and wealth transfer issues. This course focuses on the concept, definition and components of IT and Management Information Systems (MIS).
