Antioxidant activity and dose enhancement factor of CeO nanoparticles synthesized by precipitation method (conference paper) (open access). The aim of this study is to investigate the antioxidant activity and dose enhancement factor (DEF) of CeO. The antioxidant activity of CeO NPs was analyzed by the reduction of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) stable free radicals using UV-vis spectroscopy.

The dose enhancement factor (DEF) of CeO NPs was examined using X-ray irradiation with an energy of 6 MV. CeO NPs also show the ability to absorb X-ray radiation with DEF value < 1 and reduce E. Journal Self-citation is defined as the number of citations from a journal citing an article to articles published in the same journal. Evolution of the number of total citations per document and external citations per document (i.e. self-citations removed from journals) received by a journal's published papers over the previous three years. External citations are calculated by subtracting the number of self-citations from the total number of citations received by the journal's papers.

International Collaboration stands for the articles produced by researchers from several countries. The diagram shows the ratio of a journal's documents signed by researchers from more than one country; that is, more than one country address. Not all articles in a journal are considered primary research and therefore "citable", this chart shows the ratio of a journal's articles including substantive research (research papers, conference papers and reviews) in three-year windows vs.

Ratio of journal items, grouped into three-year periods, that were cited at least once vs

SPEAKER PROFILES

PLENARY SPEAKER

After postdoctoral training, he researched the development of wear maps in advanced structural ceramics at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). is the leader of the Australian Center for Neutron Scattering (ACNS) at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization (ANSTO). After completing his PhD at the University of Sydney in 2000, he joined the Small-Angle Neutron Scattering group at the NIST Center for Neutron Research.

In 2002 he joined ANSTO as an instrument scientist on the AUSANS instrument at the HIFAR reactor and subsequently in 2005 took up the role of Operations Manager for the Bragg Institute at ANSTO before taking up his current role as head of ACNS in 2016. Her international reputation in neutron scattering and solid state ionics, is well established. Since 2012, Evvy Kartini has been appointed as one of the referee members of the National Accreditation Journal of the Indonesian Institute of Science.

He joined the Peruvian Institute of Nuclear Energy, where he was awarded an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) scholarship that brought him to the US to train in neutron scattering at the National Bureau of Standards (now the National Institute of Standards and Technology) to receive. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and at the University of Maryland-College Park. Currently, he is a Distinguished Research Sta member in ORNL's Quantum Condensed Matter Division, and the Leader of the Triple Axis Spectroscopy group at the High Flux Isotope Reactor - one of the US Department of Energy's major scientific neutron user facilities. Fernandez-Baca's expertise is in the study of the magnetic ordering and spin dynamics of complex oxides and related alloys using neutron scattering techniques.

Fernandez-Baca is a Fellow of the American Physical Society and the Neutron Scattering Society of America. Chowdari was president of the International Union of Materials Research Societies (IUMRS) and the Asian Society for Solid State Ionics, and president of the 15th Asian Physics Olympiad (AphO 2014). She was division head of the New and Renewable Technology and director of the Materials Technology Center in 2014-2015 and has been active as a member of the Board of Directors since 2013.

Astrid Schneidewind received her doctorate in physics with the dissertation Analysis of magnetic structures of rare earth-CU compounds using magnetic X-rays and neutron diffraction. He was the Neutron Beam Instrument Project Manager, responsible for the construction of eight world-leading neutron beam instruments at OPAL at a cost of US$35 million by mid-2007. More recently, as Technical Director of the Bragg Institute, he oversaw the design and construction of OPAL's second suite of neutron beam instruments and extension of the cold neutron transport system.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

He also has extensive experience in applying these methods to the study of. Then in 2009-2011 as Chairman of the School of Applied Physics and from 2011 to 2013 became Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology. She currently lives in Sweden and consults with a number of companies in the USA, Europe and Australia in the R & D and commercialization of radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals.

He has over 25 years of experience in the development of radioisotopes using accelerators (up to 200 MeV protons) and reactors. As production manager of Brookhaven Linac Isotope Producer, USA, she developed new targets and methods of radioisotope production using high-energy protons and led the production team in the highest yield (in 30 years of operation) and the most reliable production of cGMP Sr-82 used for imaging hearts. In addition, he is also a member of several committees of international organizations for standards related to radon and radiation measurements.

After the nuclear accident in Fukushima, he is currently working on a fast and efficient technique to measure radioactivity in the thyroid gland to determine the dose and quantify the radiological impact of a nuclear accident. Su'ud obtained his bachelor's degree from the Department of Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology in 1986. After completing his bachelor's degree, he joined the team of lecturers in the Department of Physics, Bandung Institute of Technology.

His academic career began in 1994 when he joined the Physics Department of Kyushu University's Faculty of Science. Saarbrücken/Germany in 1992 Stefan Adams worked as a postdoc at the Max-Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart and as a lecturer at the University of Göttingen before joining the National University of Singapore in 2005, where he is now Assoc.
