ARTICLE

policies from time to time in force in
eachparty's country, shall
endeavourto
strengthen, promote and develop international and research co-operation between The Parties on the basisof
equalrty and mutual benefit.ARTICLE
2AREAS OF COOPERATION
The Parties
agreeto
encouragethe following activities, in
particul ar,to
promote international academic cooperation in thefollowing
areas:a.
Institutional exchanges between faculty and stafffrom
each partner institution;b. Organizing the
symposia, conferences, sho.rt coursesand
meetingson
research issues;c. Exchange of information pertaining to developments in teaching,
student development and research institutions;d.
Cooperation in any other areas as agreed to by The Parties from time to time; and,e. The
Partieswill mutually
promoteinformation
andactivities on their
respective websites.For the
purposeof
implementingthe
co-operationin
respectof
any areas statedin
paragraph 2.1 The Parties shall enter
into
legallybinding
agreements subject to termsand conditions as mutually agreed upon by the parties including clauses
on"confidentiality",
"suspension", 'oprotectionof intellecfual property"
and "settlement of disputes".2.1

7TERMINATION
This MoU may
be terminatedby
eitherparly rvith a minimum of ninety (90)
days written notice to the other party.Activities in

of termination of thisMoU
