Notification of AASEC postponement and its publication process

Dear Authors and Participants,
As the most recent development of the coronavirus outbreak in Indonesia, the Ministry of Education, the Republic of Indonesia as well as Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia instructed us, the committee, to postpone AASEC 2020. In relation to that, on behalf of AASEC 2020 organizing committee, I would like to inform you the following.
1. AASEC 2020 is postponed until further notice.
2. The publication process to IOP Conference Series continues as scheduled.
3. Deadline for full paper submission is 31 March 2020.
4. Deadline for payment is 3 April 2020.
5. The committee is in discussion with IOP regarding the publication of AASEC 2020’s proceedings despite the conference postponement.
The committee would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you very much and stay safe.
Sehubungan dengan edaran Kementrian Pendidikan Indonesia terkait dengan upaya penyebaran virus Covid-19, maka kegiatan konferensi AASEC 2020 harus di reschedule, tetapi proses publikasi ke IOP Conference Series tetap berlanjut.
Untuk itu diberitahukan kepada seluruh peserta AASEC 2020:
1. Pelaksanaan konferensi diundur sampai ada himbauan terbaru dari Kemdikbud.
2. Deadline pemasukan fullpaper tetap tanggal 31 Maret 2020.
3. Deadline pembayaran seminar tidak berubah tetap tanggal 03 April 2020.
4. Panitia sedang berupaya melobi pihak IOP untuk tetap menerbitkan seluruh artikel AASEC 2020 meskipun penyelenggaraan konferensi diundurkan.
