4. Objective This course expects to provide students with the:
Student able to understand and use economic tools (SPSS and Eviews) for calculate data, able to analyze the outcome from their calculations.
5. Learning Outcomes At the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Able to use SPSS and Eviews
2. Able to analyze and interpret from their calculations
3. Able to understand the economic conditions from the data
4. Use their calculation for leading to make policy
6. Synopsis This course covers mathematic, statistic and econometric to calculate with the economic tools (SPSS and Eviews)

- Introduction of SPSS - Descriptive Statistics - T Test
3-5th meeting - Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) - Validity and Reliability Test - Regression using SPSS 6th meeting Test Competency I
7-8th meeting Introduction
- Introduction of Eviews and input data to Eviews - Descriptive Statistics
9-11th meeting Regression
- Regression using Eviews
- Test of classical assumption from the regression - Treatment of classical assumption test
12th meeting Test Competency II
Rules of class meeting:
1. Students are allowed to join class for tolerated maximum 20 minutes for late attendance, otherwise are forbidden entering class
2. Students who are absence due to getting sick and organizational activities must inform the lecturer and class leader.
3. Students who were absence for three or more, are not allowed to join competency test.
4. Student who got D and E on his final marks, must repeat the course on the next academic year.
