The Importance of Ethics in Nursing Practice
However, many breastfeeding mother experience insufficient milk production during the breastfeeding period eventhought the rate of physiological inadequate milk production is very low. Believing that milk production is inadequate is associated with early introduction of supplemental feeding, which ultimately leads to less frequent breastfeeding and to a decrease in milk production over time. Furthermore, since consumption of complementary baby milk is associated with increased morbidity and mortality among infants, low breastfeeding initiation and duration rates are significant concern in many countries.
Although the prevalence of low of breast milk production is only experienced by a few mothers, however it can be prevented through out several complementary therapies after the beginning of birth. Some studies show that complementary therapies influence to increase milk production like herb and massages therapy. Studies evaluating show that one of the reasons for early introduction of suplementary baby milk such as lack of effective support by primary care providers besides another reasons.
The primary care provider like community health nursing is the first line responder to maternal concerns about the adequacy of milk production.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the combined therapeutic effects of Spiritual Emotional Freedom and hydrotherapy on blood pressure of patients diagnosed with hypertension. Results: The result of statistical test showed that there was significant difference (p value= 0,000; <0,05) on blood pressure before and after interventions. The results also showed that the combination of SEFT and hydrotherapy can lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension in both systolic and diastolic pressure mean scores (in mmHg).
Conclusion: SEFT and hydrotherapy are commendable therapies to decrease blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The aim of this reseach was to study the correlation between parenting styles and online gaming addiction on junior high school students. Conclusion: Data analysis was conducted by using chi-square test and the result showed p value (0,003) < alpha (0,05) which means that there was correlation between parenting styles and online gaming addiction.
This research suggest providing authoritative parenting style on adolescents to prevent them from getting addicted to online games.

Objective: Low Birthweight is one of the risk factors that contribute to infant mortality especially during perinatal period. The worldwide, case of Low Birthweight is still a problem because it is a death of newborn's. The purpose of this study is to analyze the maternal age and anemia are risk factors of Low Birthweight newborn.
The analysis used is bivariate with person chi-square test to see the maternal age and anemia are risk factors of Low Birthweight of Newborn. Conclution : The results of this study can be concluded that maternal age and anemia have related with Low Birthweight of Newborn.

This study aims to determine the correlates between the types and usage accuracy of inhalers among asthma’s patients. The result of this study shows that overall nurses’ understanding of EBP is at the moderate level (53.9%). This study is finding gaining insight into how EBP is understood will inform the need for effective way to introduce and develop EBP in clinical practice for nurses.
This study aimed to assess the effect of pictorial health warning labels on smoking intensity in adolescents. This study involved 34 smoker students from a junior high school, which was chosen based on recommendation from Department of Education and Culture in Pekanbaru City. Objective: This study aims to explored the experience of re-takers of Nursing Program of Hang Tuah Pekanbaru Health Science School in taking INCE.
There were 5 re-takers who failed to passed INCE as the participants in this study taken by purposive sampling.

The measuring instrument used is the Self-care of Heart Failure Index (SCHFI) that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is descriptive analysis.Result: Findings of the study show that all of self-care dimensions are valued at good with 56,8% constitutes for self-care maintenance; 56,9% for self-care management, and 68,2% for self-care confidence. Conclusion: It is essential to establish self-care in patient with heart failure to improve self- care behavior.

Premarital sex behavior can cause a variety of negative effects on teenagers as unwanted pregnancies and abortion. This study aims to determine the knowledge related to prevent premarital sex behaviors of young women through health education using the REDI game method (Wheel of Education and Inspirtion) in the Labuh Baru Barat Payung Sekaki Pekanbaru District. The results showed a significant increase in teenagers knowledge about premarital sex prevention after being given health education through the REDI game method (Wheel of Education and Inspiration) with the p-value (0.000) < alpha (0,05).
The results show that health education through the REDI game method (Wheel of Education and Inspiration) is effective to increase teenagers knowledge for premarital sex prevention. The result of this study can be an alternative for nursing intervention to increase adolescents knowledge to premarital sex prevention. Objective: To know the relation between hemoglobin level and estimated fetal weight in pregnant mother at Puskesmas Pagar Dewa Lampung Barat.
Conclusion: There is a relation between hemoglobin level and estimated fetal weight in pregnant women in Pagar Dewa Lampung Barat working area in 2018.

Objective: This study aimed to explore sociodemographic characteristics and psychosocial wellbeing of elderly with chronic illnesses who live with family at home. This study was aimed to determine physical activity among family members with high risk of type 2 DM in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health education through audiovisual media on improving family knowledge in the prevention of dengue fever (DHF).
Based on the results of this study recommend to health workers to provide health education by using audiovisual media in the prevention of dengue fever. An analysis of the concept of maternal role in pregnant adolescent was carried out for further developing an instrument.The attributes are accepting pregnancy in their young age, bonding and attachment with their unborn baby, taking care of unborn baby, recognizing risk related to their pregnancy, dealing with emotions, and preparing for labor. INCREASED KNOWLEDGE OF THE MOTHER AGAINST OF CERVICAL CANCER RISK THROUGH PEER GROUP HEALTH EDUCATION.

This study aims to assess the relationship between the exclusive breastfeeding with the infant early language development. The aim of this study is to determine the effectiveness of sialang honey on wound bed preparation in diabetic foot ulcer. The population in this study was all patients with diabetic foot ulcer in Padangsidimpuan city.
Wilcoxon test in this study obtained p value 0.011 with the conclusion that sialang honey had a significant effect on wound bed preparation in diabetic foot ulcer. This research aimed to determine the relationship between breastfeeding patterns with infants aged 6-12 months development at Payung Sekaki Health Center area, Pekanbaru City. The aimed of this research was to identify the description of student’s self confidence level in learning method with Seven Jump technique. This research was conducted at Faculty of Nursing University of Riau during May – June 2018 by using simple descriptive method.
Sample selection method used in this research was proportionate stratified random sampling with a total of samples were 209 respondents. This study aims to find out the description of behavior consisting of knowledge, attitudes, and actions of the community towards the prevention of DHF.The study was conducted in the community using a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. This research is a descriptive correlation study that aims to identify the level of mother’s knowledge about complementary food and giving of complementary food in infant aged 6-12 months.
