The stage of toddlers’ psychosexual development is the anal phase where the interest of the children will focus on the sphincter muscle and at this stage is the appropriate time to get the toilet learning. However, in Kindergarten Cendikia Malang based on the preliminary study in January 2017, 7 of 10 toddlers arestill bedwetting which proven that the implementation of toilet learning is less optimal.
In this case, the role of the parents is the important aspect to improve the success of the toddler’s toilet learning. The purposes of this research are to know the parents’ roles in toilet learning before and after given the health education and to modify a better role of parents in toilet learning. This research is a descriptive case studywith two research subjects and is done in May to June 2017. This research uses questionnaire and observation sheets. The research result shows that there is a change in subject 1, the role change is from less to good after they are given the health education, and the subject 2 also gives a role change from moderate to good after given the health education. Recommendation for the next researcher is furthermore expected to not only examine the role of parents in toilet learning, but it is better to examine the impact on children if not done toilet learning.
