Food delivery system conducted in SD Plus Qurrota A'yun Malang, without using catering from outside. The implementation of SD Plus Qurrota A'yun Malang food at school time presents a snack or snack once and lunch. The process of menu planning conducted in the food system does not involve nutritionists and nutritional adequacy of each menu. There is no menu cycle, portion standard, and poor food acceptance by primary school children. The purpose of this study is to determine the acceptance and fulfillment of the adequacy of energy and nutritional substances of primary school children in food delivery system in SD Plus Qurrota A'yun Malang.
The type of this research is observational with cross sectional study design conducted in February until March 2018 with the number of subjects 30 primary school children. The data collected were menu pattern, portion standard, lunch receipt, and fulfillment of energy and nutrient adequacy analyzed descriptively.
This study shows the menu patterns for three days there is a menu that has not been balanced, the standard portion is said less with less than 90% percentage, lunch receipt is more dominant school children like animal side dishes, and the fulfillment of energy and nutrient adequacy is still classified as said deficit.
Need to increase the balanced menu pattern to food handlers, standard portion that has been determined in accordance with the number of nutritional adequacy, increase the school lunch acceptance and the fulfillment of energy sufficiency and recommended nutrients.
