“FACTORS AFFECTING STRESS LEVELS IN HEALTH PERSONEL AT RSUD DAYA MAKASSAR DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC” (viii + 92 Halaman + 6 Tabel + 3 Gambar + 4 Lampiran)
ABSTRAK
Background: Nowadays, the world community is troubled by theoutbreak Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19)which has become a pandemic. Many sectors have been affected by this pandemic, one of which is the health sector. Health workers play an important role in responding to the COVID-19 outbreak and are the backbone of a country's defense to limit and tackle the spread of disease. Officials are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19 in their efforts to protect the wider community. Officers may be exposed to hazards such as psychological stress, fatigue, mental fatigue or stigma.
Objective: To obtain information about the factors that influence the stress level of health workers at RSUD Daya Makassar.
Methods: This study was an observational study with a cross sectional design. Respondents was conducted by purposive sampling, which is to determine the sampling by determining specific characteristics in accordance with the objectives.
Results: "The influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on stress levels based on gender" with a significance value of 0.032 <0.05. "The influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on stress levels based on marital status" with a significance value of 0.023 <0.05. "The influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on stress levels based on tenure" with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 Conclusion: The results show that there is a strong correlation between gender, marital status and tenure on stress levels in health workers at RSUD Daya Makassar during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, the level of stress based on age did not have a significant relationship.
