Keamanan informasi rekam medis harus dijaga, salah satunya dalam proses pendistribusian rekam medis. Karena dokumen rekam medis bersifat rahasia.
Dokumen rekam medis adalah milik rumah sakit sedangkan isinya adalah milik pasien (Permenkes RI 269 : 2008). Metode penelitian ini analitik, variabel penelitiannya adalah SPO Distribusi Dokumen Rekam Medis serta Kecepatan Pengembalian Dokumen Rekam Medis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah dokumen rekam medis. Sampel penelitian menggunakan accidental sampling berjumlah 30 dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan. Data diambil dengan wawancara, checklist dan stopwatch. Hasil data penelitian untuk cara keluar dokumen rekam medis sebelum tersedianya SPO Distribusi 100% dibawa oleh pasien dan cara keluar dokumen setelah adanya SPO Distribusi 100% dibawa oleh petugas. Belum tercapainya target kecepatan pendistribusian yang ditentukan, sehingga terdapat 63,33% berkas rekam medis yang masih terlambat didistribusikanam ke poliklinik rawat jalan. Berdasar hasil uji independent T test menggunakan SPSS didapatkan hasil signifikansi tailed sebesar 0,000. Hasil ini kurang dari 0,05 yang artinya H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa cara keluarnya dokumen sebelum tersedianya SPO tidak tertib dan kurang aman karena dokumen dibawa sendiri oleh pasien untuk menuju ke poli, akan tetapi setelah adanya SPO cara keluar dokumen rekam medis menjadi tertib dan aman karena petugas yang mendistribusikan ke poli yang tersedia di Klinik Pucang.

Information security of medical records must be maintained, which is in the process of distributing medical records. Because the Medical document record is confidential. The medical document record is a hospital’s but the contents belong to the patient (Permenkes RI 269: 2008). This research method is analytical, the research variables are SPO Medical Document Distribution and Medical Record Document Speed Returns. The population of this research is medical record documents. The study sample used accidental sampling research 30 outpatient medical record documents. Data is taken by interview, checklist and stopwatch.
Results of research data for way to drop out medical record documents before the availability of SPO 100% distribution is carried out by patients and way to drop out the documents after the SPO 100% distribution is carried out by officers.
There’s not achieved the specified speed distribution target, so that there are 63.33%
medical record files that are still late distributed to the outpatient clinic. The results of the analysis show that way to drop out the document before the availability of the SPO is not orderly and less secure because the documents are carried by the patient to go to poly, but after there is SPO drop out record document, it becomes orderly and safe because there is officer that distribute to the poly at Pucang Clinic.
