Perencanaan dan Perancangan Pusat Industri Mode New Apollo di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Bertema Arsitektur Perilaku, dengan Konsep Arsitektur Kontemporer.
Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah kabupaten yang terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Isu-isu dan perkembangan bisnis di Bojonegoro beberapa tahun terakhir ini menjadi latar belakang dari Perencanaan dan Perancangan Pusat Industri Mode New Apollo di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku dan Arsitektur Kontemporer. Persoalan desainnya adalah konsep desain bangunan dan pembaharuan bangunan seperti apa yang diperlukan New Apollo agar lebih segar, menarik dan mampu bertahan dalam persaingan industri mode. Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah merencanakan dan merancang ulang desain dan bentuk bangunan New Apollo menjadi bangunan pusat industri mode dengan fungsi utama sebagai bangunan perbelanjaan yang praktis dan lengkap yang menyediakan pakaian, aksesoris dan perlengkapan kecantikan dalam satu bangunan dengan konsep dan bentuk bangunan yang lebih segar, menarik dan mampu bertahan dalam persaingan industri mode. Hasil yang diperoleh, yaitu bentuk bangunan yang mengedepankan bangunan sebagai pusat perbelanjaan yang iconic dan mengarah pada konsep Arsitektur Kontemporer, dengan pengelolaan eksterior yang dibalut material kaca sebagai pemanfaatan pencahayaan alami pada siang hari juga sebagai media display dan pengolahan sun shading menggunakan ACP, serta fasad asimetris berbentuk menyerupai huruf A (Apollo) dan penambahan motif batik yang asimetris dimaksudkan agar memperkuat ciri khas bangunan dan nuansa Indonesia yang kental.

Bojonegoro Regency is a regency located in East Java Province, Indonesia. The issues and business developments in Bojonegoro in recent years have become the background of the Planning and Design of the New Apollo Fashion Industry Center in Bojonegoro

Regency with the Behavioral Architecture and Contemporary Architecture approach.
The design problem is the concept of building design and building renewal as what New Apollo needs to be fresher, more attractive and able to survive in the competition of the fashion industry. The purpose of this design is to plan and redesign the design and shape of the New Apollo building into a fashion industry center building with the main function as a practical and complete shopping building that provides clothes, accessories and beauty equipment in one building with fresher concept and shape of the building, attractive and able to survive in the competition of the fashion industry.
The results obtained, the shape of the building that prioritizes the building as an iconic shopping center and leads to the concept of Contemporary Architecture, by managing the exterior wrapped in glass material as the use of natural lighting during the day as well as display media and sun shading using ACP, and asymmetrical facades shaped like letter A (Apollo) and the addition of asymmetrical batik motif is intended to strengthen the characteristics of buildings and a thick Indonesian feel.
