ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kontrol Sosial Guru terhadap Siswa Pelanggar Tata Tertib di SMA Negeri 1 Pakue Kabupaten Kolaka Utara.
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana bentuk kontrol sosial guru terhadap siswa pelanggar tata tertib di SMA Negeri 1 Pakue Kabupaten Kolaka Utara dan bagaimana implikasi kontrol sosial guru terhadap siswa pelanggar tata tertib di SMA Negeri 1 Pakue Kabupaten Kolaka Utara..
Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Kualitatif Deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat belas, sepuluh Guru dan empat Siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teknik yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumen.
Sementara analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga alur kegiatan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian dari bentuk kontrol sosial guru terhadap siswa pelanggar tata tertib adalah dengan cara memberikan nasehat atau wejangan seperti jangan diulangi lagi, membuatkan surat atau perjanjian, memanggil yang bersangkutan bersama orang tuanya agar yang bersangkutan tidak mengulangi lagi yang diperbuatnya dan diberikan sanksi yang berat seperti dikeluarkan dari sekolah.
Implikasi atau dampak kontrol sosial guru terhadap siswa pelanggar tata tertib adalah dampak positif, siswa lebih dekat pada guru, sadarnya akan tanggung jawab siswa, lebih banyak yang mengarah lebih baik, banyak siswa tidak mengulangi perilaku pelanggaran lagi akibat dari kontrol sosial guru tersebut. dan dampak negatif, siswa semakin melakukan pelanggaran karena kontrol sosial guru dianggap tekanan.

This study aims to determine the Teacher's Social Control of Students Violating the Code of Conduct in SMA Negeri 1 Pakue, North Kolaka Regency.
The problem in this study is how the form of social control of teachers to students who break the discipline in SMA Negeri 1 Pakue North Kolaka Regency and how the implications of the social control of teachers to students who break the rules at SMA Negeri 1 Pakue North Kolaka.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study consisted of fourteen, ten teachers and four students. Data collection in this study uses three techniques namely observation, interviews, and documents.
While the data analysis in this study consists of three activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of research on the form of social control of teachers to students who violate the rules are by giving advice or suggestions such as not to be repeated, making letters or agreements, calling the concerned with his parents so that the person does not repeat what he did and given severe sanctions such as issued from school. The implication or impact of the teacher's social control on students who violate the code of conduct is a positive impact, students are closer to the teacher, aware of student responsibility, more leads to better, many students do not repeat the behavior of violations again due to the teacher's social control.
