Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat menuntut para pengusaha untuk melibatkannya dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah pelayanan jasa pada café atau restoran. Dengan teknologi, kualitas pelayanan pada café atau restoran akan semakin cepat, mudah, dan praktis. Joss café Kroya merupakan salah satu café yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional atau manual dalam hal palayanannya, oleh karena itu seringkali ada masalah yang timbul akibat kurangnya efektifitas dan efisiensi pelayanan serta pengelolaan data. Dengan mengadaptasi konsep digital restaurant service yang popular di mancanegara, penulis mencoba untuk membuat dan menerapkan konsep tersebut pada Joss café Kroya dengan harapan akan meminimalisir permasalahan yang sering terjadi.
Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan framework CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, HTML, PHP serta MySQL untuk pembuatan database.

Technological developments require employers to involve them in various fields, one of which is service at café’s or restaurant’s. With technology, the quality of service at a café or restaurant will be faster, easier, and more practical. Joss café Kroya is one of café that still uses conventional or manual methods in terms of service, therefore there are often problems happen due to lack of effectiveness and efficiency of service and data management. By adapting the concept of digital restaurant service that is popular overseas, the author tries to create and apply the concept to Joss café Kroya in hopes of minimizing the problems that often occur. This application is created using CodeIgniter, Bootstrap, HTML, PHP and MySQL frameworks for database creation.
