Staff who have been excused by their supervisors will record their time as "excused". This will include vacation that was previously approved.
Staff who work the day, as requested by their supervisor, should report the hours worked on that day.

Happenings this week
This is turning out to be an extremely busy, exciting week here at Alfred. On Sunday we welcomed over 50 campers to our campus. The camps here this week are Art Portfolio Preparation, Computer, English Equestrian and Swim. As the weeks progress we will continue to post the remaining institutes and camps that will be visiting us this summer. We also have students here for Summer II courses, Downstate and participants in our Summer Ceramic Workshops.
This is also MostArts Festival Week!!! There are lots of activities for everyone; check out their website

The Inamori-Kyocera Fine Ceramics Museum is open during MostArts Festival
The Inamori-Kyocera Fine Ceramics Museum features over 3,000 sq. ft. of permanent exhibits covering the history of advanced ceramics and their modern applications in global communication, advanced electronics, energy and environment, science and industry, and home and health. The Museum will be open during the MostArts Festival events, 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday, July 10 - Friday, July 14, 2nd floor Binns-Merrill Hall. You can also schedule an appointment during summer working hours by calling 607.871.2422.

The MostArts Festival Pop-up Shop is Open !
The MostArts Festival Pop-up Shop is now open daily from 2:00-4:00. Located on Main St. at the historic Terra Cotta Office Building, the shop will be selling festival tickets, T shirts and other MostArts Merchandise, as well as ceramic artwork by Matt Kelleher, Brian Westrick, Cory Brown, Tufty Ceramics
and more. Accepting Cash or Checks only- stop by and look around!

Pop-up Restaurant at Knight Club this Week!
In conjunction with MostArts Festival, AU Fresh is opening up the Knight Club (3rd Floor of the Powell Campus Center) as a Pop-up Restaurant this week from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Thursday, July 13 - Saturday, July 15.
