Organization

Government
Districts which are not represented at national conventions and do not present a sufficient apology to the Executive Committee within four weeks from the first day of the convention, must be expelled from the Union. The National Union Convention determines the Executive Committee District; the convention of the District Executive Committee elects the members of the Executive Committee and three alternates. The Executive Committee's District Convention shall elect the nine members of the Executive Committee and the three alternate officers whose duty it is to fill any vacancies as first, second and third alternate according to the votes received.
The Executive Committee District is responsible for the management of the Union treasury by the Executive Committee. The Treasurer of the State Executive Committee must give sufficient bond to the District Committee. At national conventions, executive committee members have all the rights of delegates except the right to vote and therefore cannot represent any district.
The Union's financial year begins on 1 July and ends on 1 July of the following year. Each Union district pays an annual membership fee of 20 cents for each member during the first half of the year. If they are affiliated during the first 9 months of the current financial year, they pay the contribution for the full year.
If they join in the last 3 months of the current fiscal year, they will pay the dues for the next year. Any district which has not submitted its full statistical reports to the Executive Committee by February 1 of the following year shall be charged with an increase of 10 per cent over the dues of those societies which had dues of members the previous year. If necessary, the relevant secretary of the Executive Committee has the right to directly contact the companies in question during the collection of annual statistical reports.
The latter must not contain any policies that conflict with the constitution of the National Gymnastics Union. Members, Associations or Districts who break any rules in the platform or the bylaws of the Union shall be held accountable by the next highest authority. Accusation and Appeals

In the case of an appeal to the district executive committee, the company, whose decision is appealed, is obliged to immediately submit to the district executive committee all documents, letters and a certified copy of witness statements.
The procedure in the district executive committee must be the same as in the association's executive committee, with the difference that new evidence may be allowed only when a majority of the executive committee members decide that there are compelling reasons for doing so. therefore. The district executive committee has the right to verify the accuracy of the minutes if this is contested. An appeal against the decision of the District Executive Committee must be filed directly with it. Appeal to the State Executive Committee.
When an appeal is filed against the decision of the district executive committee with the state executive committee, the procedures must be the same as for an appeal against the decision of the association with the district executive committee. Such appeals must be submitted to the State Executive Committee within 14 days of receipt of the district's decision. Once a complaint is filed with the National Union Convention, it must be submitted to the National Executive Committee within 14 days.
Revision of the statutes
This observation committee will not interfere in any way with the management of the festival. The National Day Management must notify the festival committee of the host town four weeks before the festival of all participants. All registered participants who are absent at the start of the exercises will be removed from the competition.
After the approval of the judges, the Chairman submits the result to the Chairman of the holiday committee of the Executive Committee. If necessary, a practice public demonstration should be conducted on the morning of the first day.
