Nugroho Abstract
Economic Influence
Therefore, if in the early stages there is a rejection of it more due to the lack of trust felt by the parties will initiate the change. One of the keys to successful change is changing the mindset towards the success of the Gemawang community for women empowerment in the field of post-harvest processing (food service), batik sector and various crafts. Networks of inter-institutional cooperation with many partners, among others; for example in conducting training and mentoring, the Gemawang village chief collaborates with several colleges (UNNES, UNDIP and several government colleges and agencies) as well as Industry.
So any change will be easier to drive when it involved a change for the sake of honesty for the betterment of society. But on the scale of women's empowerment of households is the dominant factor in the success of the conversion behavior. In the village head election, the practice of money politics or transactional politics should be avoided so that it can produce village leaders who are committed to making changes in the welfare of the citizens.

Kirty Mohapatra Abstract
Academic stress is a term used to describe stress involving studies, exams and career building. Studies have also been conducted to know the relationship between gender and academic stress (Singh, 1972). Jaswal found no significant gender-related difference among students in terms of academic stress.
So it seems that there are factors other than family, parents, gender of the child that contribute to academic stress during adolescence, is not the only one. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the cause and effect relationship of academic stress in the case of adolescent boys and girls as the stage is a stage of their future building. To explain about cultural perspective, urban students experience more academic stress than the tribal students.

Biswajit Das Abstract
The lively private partners in the development of housing and urban infrastructure business sector, outweighed the need for large investments to be made by the government. But due to the increase in the GDP at factor cost, the gross fixed capital formation in housing during the period 2000-01 to 2007-08 varies to the GDP of 3.2%. This downward trend is not a healthy trend due to the acute housing shortage in the country.
As the construction activities in India are very labour-intensive, an increase in housing stock creates more employment. Large-scale migration and settlement of rural people in urban areas gives rise to the increase in slums. It is the responsibility of the government to check the rural to urban migration by providing better infrastructural facilities in the rural areas.
Mrunmayee Rath Abstract
If raja guna were to be placed under another head, viz. head of wrong, all worldly actions would be wrong. Such a division of the gunas is obviously meaningless for the purposes of thinking about what is right and what is wrong in the world of practical life. It is necessary to examine the character of raja guna in relation to this question.
Since the raja guna is thus divided into two, it becomes easy to make a double division of the gunas as follows: (i) the sattwa-rajas with the sattwa, and (ii) the tama-rajas with the tamas. This double division of the gunas corresponds to the classification of actions into dharma (Hindu-worldly ethics) and adharma. The distinction between good and evil as a moral distinction, especially according to the systems of Western ethics, is thus practically a distinction between the sattwa-rajasik and tama-rajasik acts, both of which are phases of the raja guna.
Primary Education
Mrs. Bijoyalaxmi Das
Abstract
Nationalist leaders also took up the cause of universalizing primary education as an integral part of the Indian Freedom Movement. But for several reasons and especially the indifference and hostility of the government, the primary education program made little progress in the country until independence. The Government of India recommended in its interim report that the universalization of primary education should require every child in the age group of 6-14 years to learn full-time if possible and part-time if necessary. .
Such an education scheme is intended for the children who usually drop out of the formal schools and those who due to various socio-economic and cultural reasons have no previous schooling. Due to such reasons, most of the children in the age group of 6-14 years who belong to the lower socio-economic strata of the society usually make themselves unavailable for formal schooling as the formal primary schools during certain fixed hours of the day function. It is seen that less than 20 percent of children in this country go to some private schools; the rest are either enrolled in the state schools or not in any school at all. So it is these children who need RTE Act from the constitution.
Santa Misra Abstract
In addition, research is being conducted on the relationship between identity and career decisions (Blustein, Devenis, & Kidney, 1989; Vondracek, Schulenberg, Skorikov, Gillespie, & Wahlheim, 1995). Several brain structures have been identified as integral to the decision-making process, most notably the orbitofrontal cortex and the anterior cingulate. However, other regions within the prefrontal cortex are also involved in the decision-making process.
Thus, decision-making calls upon multiple brain regions and multiple networks for the completion of the tasks. All subjects were individually administered the Decision-Making Style Questionnaire in their own setting. After the data collection, the result was analyzed based on the components of decision making process.

Influence Of Culture And Gender On The Life Skills Of Adolescents
Self-esteem, locus of control, and assertiveness : A study of gender difference
Mitchel (2007) reported that assertiveness is a reactive behavioral development due to the feeling of vulnerability, especially among girls. The result of this study was interpreted in this light, that with a greater feeling of vulnerability, lower socio-economic girls became more self-confident. However, no significant gender differences were observed with respect to locus of control, suggesting that some core personality traits were not readily accessible to gender effects.
The study's findings could be meaningful in furthering our understanding of adolescent behavior.
