9M20 Financial Performance

Key Highlights
Deposits increased 11.3% YoY with CASA grew 25.1% YoY raising CASA ratio to 60.31%
Loans demand was still weak – however there were growths in select products of Consumer Banking
Operating Expenses decreased by 3.2%
^YoY and brought CIR to 48.88%
NPL ratio increased by 127 bps YoY
PBT decreased by 34.6% YoY attributed to higher Provision Expenses ROA and ROE at 1.28% and 6.20% respectively
CAR and liquidity remained strong with CAR at 20.88% and LDR at 83.89%

Let’s Save and Share Program (AMDB) has been implemented based on web in 16 cities which are Samarinda, Blitar, Cilegon, Malang, Madiun, Manado, Kudus, Surabaya, Bojonegoro, Lamongan, Solo, Bogor, Jepara, Pati, Semarang and Jakarta attended by 7.377 students from 9 Junior High Schools and 29 Senior High Schools.
August – September 2020. Tour de Bank (TDB) has been implemented based on web in 5 cities which are Blitar, Pekalongan, Jakarta, Surabaya and Tulungagung. It was attended by 1.033 Students from 10 Elementary and Junior Schools.
