Abstract
With current technological developments, information received by users will quickly arrive and be understood by that person. And technology has been widely used by the upper middle class. Likewise, in the world of information about firefighters today, many people want a fast and accurate means of information. This WebView-Based Settlement and Forest Fire Reporting Application was created to make it easier for users to report fire incidents in the Bengkalis Regency area. With this android-based user can report fire incidents quickly.
Then the features of this application in the form of the sender's name, address of the location of the fire, pictures of fires and contact numbers of firefighters. So based on the current problems, an android-based application for reporting forest fires and settlements will be built. This application will be designed using the PHP and MySql programming languages as a database management system.
