ABSTRAK
Metode pelaksanaan merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam suatu pekerjaan konstruksi,dimana hasil akhir suatu pekerjaan konstruksi sangat berpengaruh terhadap penerapan metode yang telah di rencanakan. Pada pekerjaan pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu 3, di pilih metode pelaksanaan cast in situ atau konvensional. Agar penyampaian metode pelaksanaan ini mudah dipahami,maka metode pelaksanaan ini disampaikan melalui visualisasi berupa animasi 3D. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang akan mendeskripsikan metode pelaksanaan pembangunan gedung kuliah terpadu 3 politeknik negeri bengkalis. Pembuatan gambar diawali dengan gambar 3D yang dilanjutkan dengan pembuatan video animasi 3D. Gambar 2D merupakan gambar yang didapat dari data perencanaan dan merupakan data awal dari pembuatan gambar 3D. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu terbentuknya video animasi 3D dari urutan pekerjaan didalam metode pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Terpadu 3. Adapun urutan pekerjaannya yaitu:1.Pembersihan lokasi,2.Mobilisasi, 3.Pengukuran dan Pemasangan Bouwplank, 4.Pekerjaan Tiang Pancang, 5.Pekerjaan Pile cap, 6.Pekerjaan Sloof, 7.Pekerjaan Kolom Lantai 1, 8.Pekerjaan Balok dan Pelat lantai 2, 9.Pekerjaan Kolom lantai 2, 10.Pekerjaan Balok dan Pelat Lantai 3, 11.Pekerjaan Kolom Lantai 3, 12.Pekerjaan Balok dan Dak Beton, 13.Pekerjaan Tangga, 14.Pekerjaan Atap, 15.Pekerjaan Finishing dan Arsitektur.

ABSTRACT
The method of implementation is an important thing in a construction work, where the final result of a construction work is very influential on the application of the planned method. In the construction work of the Integrated Lecture Building 3, the cast in situ or conventional method of implementation was chosen. So that the delivery of this implementation method is easy to understand, this implementation method is delivered through visualization in the form of 3D animation. This research is a qualitative research that will describe the method of implementing the construction of an integrated lecture building 3 State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. Image creation begins with 3D images, followed by making 3D animated videos. 2D images are images obtained from planning data and are initial data from making 3D images. The results of this study are the formation of 3D animation videos from the sequence of work in the implementation method of the Integrated Lecture Building 3. The sequence of work is:1.Cleaning the location, 2.Mobilization, 3.Measurement and Installation of Bouwplank, 4.Pile work, 5.Pile cap work, 6. Sloof work, 7.1st floor column work, 8.2nd floor beam and slab work, 9.2nd floor column work, 10.3rd floor beam and slab work, 11.3rd Floor Column Work, 12.Beam and Dak Concrete Work, 13.Stairs Work, 14.Roof Work, 15.Finishing and Architectural Work.
