STATISTICAL RESUME
Again we must report a large decrease in membership in the American Turnerbund for the past year. Our hopes, based on the passing of Prohibition, have not materialized. We can only hope that with the gradual improvement of industrial and com·
mercial conditions matters may turn for the better in the near future.
The Turnerbund now consists of 20 Districts with 143 Soci·
eties, the same number of Districts and one Society less
thanlast year.
The following Societies either disbanded, withdrew, or com·
bined with other Societies:
Freiheit Turnverein Illinois District
Troy Hill Turnverein Pittsburgh District One new Society joined the Turnerbund:

The N ormul College of the American Turnerbund was attended during the past year by 69 students. The total receipts were $26,304.10, of which $6,000 came from the Turnerbund,
$18, 721 from tuition, and $1,265 from donations. The total ex- penditures were $24,44 7.10, of which 18,457.64 went for salaries and $3,167.19 for rent etc ...
· Camp Brosius is valued at $56,053.03 for property and
$12,867.02 for equipment.
The Normal College is now conducting the twenty-seventh course since its removal to Indianapolis.
The Normal College is affiliated with Indiana University, which enables the College students to acquire the University's degree.
The College remains, however, an independent institution in every' respect.
