To what extent efficiency and capital adequacy affect the financial performance of Indonesian BPD bank for the period. To what extent macroeconomic indicators of GDP growth, credit growth and inflation last year influence Indonesian BPD Bank's financial performance for the period. To what extent does size affect the financial performance of Indonesian BPD bank for the period.

To determine to what extent efficiency, capital adequacy influence the financial performance of Indonesian bank BPD for the period. To determine the extent to which macroeconomic indicators affect the financial performance of Indonesian bank BPD for the period. To determine the extent to which size affects the financial performance of Indonesian bank BPD for this period.

The results of the regression and hypothesis test above indicate that the inefficiency of BPD bank can negatively affect the performance of BPD bank. The empirical results of this study show that the higher the size of the bank BPD has decreased the performance of the bank. With this condition, the increase in economic growth in the province cannot affect the performance of BPD Bank because they are not able to compete with national banks.

Regional credit growth (all banks in the local area) has a significant negative effect on BPD Bank's financial performance. The level of inefficiency BPD, capital adequacy, bank size, and negative impact on credit growth significantly on BPD bank performance. These results have implications for BPD bank manager in making the program to improve the bank's financial performance.

Total capital coverage far in excess of the regulations will have consequences for a fall in the BPD banks' financial results. Third, Increased BPD bank size must be accompanied by increased bank operational efficiency and increased bank volume operations. The level of inefficiency BPD bank, banks' capital adequacy, bank size and regional credit growth have a negative effect on BPD bank's financial performance.

Do not examine the influential factors that explain why regional GDP growth and credit growth do not affect Indonesian BPD bank performance 2). For subsequent researchers need to examine factors that trigger the negative impact of credit growth on BPD banks' financial performance.

To improve the performance of the BPD banks, the managers of the BPD banks should establish a program for strengthening financial performance by increasing bank efficiency, managing capital adequacy, increasing bank assets should be accompanied by increasing operational efficiency, increasing operational volume and improving the quality of personnel in the sector. managing bank credits. The factors are the quality of human resources, credit monitoring system, credit diversification and other factors that cause a strong relationship between credit growth and good financial performance. For subsequent studies, it is suggested to investigate factors that causal GDP growth does not significantly affect bank performance in Indonesian BPD bank.

For institutions banking authorities, it is advisable to make a strengthening of the efficiency BPD bank to improve BPD bank financial results that contribute to the banking financial system.
