Ruang lingkup kedalaman pembahasan cukup baik dan singkat (kurang eksplorasi). Pembahasan dilakukan per gambar/tabel, namun belum banyak mengaitkan pembahasan antar hasil. Konfirmasi atau perbandingan hasil dengan peneliti lain tidak ada.

3. Kecukupan dan kemutakhiran data/informasi dan metodologi:

Data penelitian yang diperoleh sudah memadai. Hasil penelitian sudah sesuai dengan metodologi riset yang dilakukan. Artikel disusun berdasarkan total 12 referensi dan 4 referensi tidak mutakhir.

4. Kelengkapan unsur dan kualitas terbitan:

Secara umum kelengkapan unsur artikel lengkap. Kualitas penerbit kurang hati-hati dalam final check manuscript sebelum diupload onlie.Ada kesalahan typo seperti pada tabel1 tertulis “Publik Key”, Fig. 7 double dengan 2 keterangan berbeda, serta penulisan no referensi double dari ref. 1 s/d 10. Hal ini nampak penerbit tidak melakukan koreksi manuscript.

Preface

Population growth has significant impacts to sustainability of the natural and energy resources. Some problems arose from the uncontrolled exploitation of natural and energy resources. Several substantial efforts have been conducted by managing the environment through the instruments. The major efforts have yielded positive results in several aspects; however, some aspects have not improved.

Innovation efforts, by academics, researchers, bureaucrats and entrepreneurs, are still needed to ensure a sustainable environmental management.

International Conference on Energy, Environmental and Information System (ICENIS) 2017 organized by School of Postgraduate Studies, Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP) has been conducted 15-16

August 2017. The conference has successfully enabled the exchangeof research results of researchers on the fundamentals and applications of energy, environment, and information system.

More than 250 participants and presenters from several countries i.e. Indonesia, Malaysia, Germany, Sudan, Nepal, Australia, Japan, Libya have attended the conference to share their significant contributions in research related to Energy, Environment and Information System. This proceeding contains of 202 selected papers from the conferences.

We would like to express our gratitude to all authors and the members of scientific committee, reviewers and also organizing committee for their contribution to the success of the conference.

Abstract

RSA algorithm give security in the process of the sending of messages or data by using 2 key, namely private key and public key.In this research to ensure and assess directly systems are made have meet goals or desire using a comprehensive evaluation methods HOT-Fit system.The purpose of this research is to build a information system sending mail by applying methods of security RSA algorithm and to evaluate in uses the method HOT-Fit to produce a system corresponding in the faculty physics. Security RSA algorithm located at the diﬃculty of factoring number of large coiled factors prima, the results of the prime factors has to be done to obtain private key. HOT-Fit has three aspects assessment, in the aspect of technology judging from the system status, the quality of system and quality of service. In the aspect of human judging from the use of systems and satisfaction users while in the aspect of organization judging from the structure and environment. The results of give a tracking system sending message based on the evaluation acquired. © 2018 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.
